Estacada resident Richard Moffett (left) visits with Oregon Department of Transportation Region 1 Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator Basil Christopher at the intersection of Highway 224 and Highway 211. Moffett, an avid cyclist, met with Christopher to point out some problem areas for cyclists and pedestrians and see if ODOT could make the intersection safer as part of the Highway 224 Beautification Project.
