Contractors for the Oregon Department of Transportation plant trees in the newly-installed medians along Highway 224 in downtown Estacada. Sidewalks, street lights, medians and other features of phase one of ODOT's highway upgrade will be completed by the end of the month. Highway 224, from Eagle Creek to Estacada, will be resurfaced in 2010 as part of phase two of the project.
