ESTACADA RESIDENT BRANDY BATES will open Eagle Creek Daycare at Eagle Creek Elementary School this fall. Bates is accepting applications and has room for 25 students. A WINE BISTRO OPENED earlier this month at 355 S. Broadway. Broadway Wine Bistro is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and serves wines by the glass or bottle, white and red flights, non-alcoholic drinks and bottled beer. The bistro also serves meat and cheese plates, salads, hummus plate, antipasto, tomato cheese pie, breads and desserts. A FREE ONE-HOUR MEDITATION CLASS is being offered at the Hidden Lake Retreat, located near the Eagle Creek Post Office, on Mondays beginning at 6 p.m. The resort features a peaceful, candle-lit meditation room with picture windows and a view of the lake and wooded grounds. SUMMER ART CAMP: Instructors Shawna Lippert and Angel Rutherford will host summer art camps June 22 to June 25 at Clackamas River Elementary.
