Former Estacada mayor Bob Austin, campaigning for re-election to position number two on the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners, will host a kickoff event at the Spiral Gallery, 341 S. Broadway, on Nov. 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The public is invited.
